Job Description:
The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman and Co-Chairman, and other executives related
1. Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents
2. Schedule meetings, taking notes and recording minutes and follow up actions.
3. Arrange travel and accommodations for Executives
4. Receive incoming communication or memos, review contents, determine importance level, and summarize and/or distribute contents to related person
5. Perform additional duties as assigned by Executives
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from any Major
5 years on secretarial job
Good verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English skill is a must)
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Good knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, correspondences, and recordkeeping systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Good work standard, time management, adaptability and follow up skills
International exposure is preferred
