Job Description:
Leads & manage the Facilities HR team in the country. Act as the Country HR Advisor & Business Partner to the Country GM
Responsible for establishing and revising Country HR policies and programs that cut across the facilities and ensure consistent practice
Establish Country & Facilities HR departmental goal measurements that support the accomplishment of the overall HR strategic goals to meet business objectives.
Establish an effective and meaningful Government Relations and Industrial Relations policy and programs in the country where our facilities operates
Provide direction to Facilities HR to utilizes the HRIS system to eliminate administrative tasks, empower employees, and meet the other needs of the organization.
Leads the set-up for HR team, policy and procedures for new Factory set-up and continuously provide the support & guidance to complete the factory set-up
Provide guidance to the Facilities HR to establishes an in-house employee training system.
Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.
Designs, directs and manages a country-wide process of organization development.
Build strong collaborative working relationships with the relevant Group HR teams needed to support the Country & Facility HR goals and objectives.
Propose and implement ongoing improvements to enhance country and facility HR operations effectiveness.
Facilitate & lead Country & facility change management process
Work with business leaders and Group HR leadership to propose and drive new HR initiatives that support the factory set-up and future business needs.
Requirements:
Academic qualifications – bachelor’s degree (S1) in HR, Business Management.
At least 15 years of full function HR management inclusive of country HR management for 3 years and above. This includes on current external HR policies, practices and trends.
Fluent in oral and written English. Additional ability in Chinese is an added advantage
Leadership qualities – able to lead, motivate, and coach a team to improve overall performance
Intensive Major Union experience & handling IR issue.
Intensive experience & network with government/manpower department/IR department required
Ability to work effectively within a matrix reporting organization
Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Banten.
