On behalf of our client a Heavy Equipment Company, we are looking for a Product Manager (Crusher Product) with these following details:
Responsibility :
Accountable for formulate and overseeing go to market strategy (Product/Solution, Market Share, Pricing/TCO Strategy, Promotional plan, Inventory plan, Sales channel, Account management, Business compliance)
Accountable for communication & interacting for new and update products, develop special/focus program to boost sales
Accountable for defining right product or develop solution, services and bundles value proposition for customer
Accountable for business risk assessment and mitigation
Accountable for managing product NPI with prioritized features & corresponding justification through market & customer research, product positioning & messaging
Responsible for reviewing and providing recommendation on optimum prime product inventory levels to manage inventory turnover and product availability
Responsible for maintaining and engaging on support and product related issues in order to find solutions
Accountable for ensuring market analysis taken place to enable sound business and strategic decision (e.g., industry outlook, product planning, customer insight, foreseeable changes in government regulations, competition analysis including the potential new entries, and internal capabilities assessment)
Responsible for supporting sales in project development effort (e.g., production study, engage with potential investor, influence regulators, and consultant coverage)
Responsible for participating to provide relevant content related to marketing communication
Responsible for ensuring SH&E, legal and corporate procedures compliance are implemented properly
Requirement :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration
Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in Marketing in similar Industry
Thorough knowledge of marketing principles
Understanding in Heavy Equipment Business
