On behalf of our clients, a Medical Devices company, we are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor with following details:
Prepare daily and weekly booth review report for team members showing performance and areas of improvement.
Research, identify and develop existing potential customer portfolio
Establish and maintain account relationships to meet personal sales target by visiting existing/prospective customers to understand and identify customers’ needs.
Having good Knowledge in every sector channel include Private and Government company (Ethical Hospital, Modern Trade, Drug store, Pharmacy and Sub-distributor).
Define sales activities in the responsible areas by developing sales pipelines & account plans, implementing appropriate service levels, implementing pricing strategies and driving business growth to achieve maximum margin
Response to collect and feedback all market insight to business team about the customers, marketing and competitors situation in order to support identifying new business opportunities
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Any Field
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Sales Supervisor Medical Devices
Required Skill(s): Leadership, Build Partnership, Negotiation, Presentation Skill, Communication
Contract based for 6 months (possible for renew after performance review).
Willing to work in Surabaya / Yogyakarta / Medan
