Main responsibilities:
tosell and maintain service products/portfolio in the region and launch special campaigns within the service environment according local and global requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Key Account Management/Support:
Analyse situation and portfolio requirements of key account
Implement individual service offerings/master agreements together with customer and in coordination with product sales rep and regional management
Provide a constant support to the assigned customers
Service Sales after Warranty:
Trace service offers in cooperation with regional management
Prepare win/loss analysis of completed service offers
Collect and trace CS Sales opportunities
Support market research for CS Business Management
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economic, or equivalent
Have 1-3 years of work experiences in sales and technical field
Have experience in industry background for healthcare/medtech or service.
Willing to be placed in Surabaya
Proficient in English both written and spoken
